India is a nation with multiple culture and traditions. Here people from particular tribes and groups followinheritedjobs for their daily income. The products out of such sources are valuable even in the global market. Promotion of these jobs would help people in many ways. So we aim to establish vocational trainings for women and unemployed thatemphasize skills and knowledge required for a particular job function or a trade. Ultimately our effort to provide vocational trainings to the remote villages has resulted resulting in empowering women, establish SHGs and start small scale business.
