Community development activities aim to bring members of aparticular communitytogether to take collective action and generate solutions to common problems. During such gatherings role of leaders and activists are very much necessary. We train native people to become leaders and guide the localities, which aid to have smooth communication, systematic implementation and overcome bias in programs. Our community development activity specially seeks to empower individuals and groups of people by providing them with skills they need to effect change within their communities. These skills are often created through the formation of large social group working for a common agenda. Most of our efforts are resulted up with successful stories.
